This class was incredible - I've encouraged everyone I know to attend at least one. It was well structured with helpful exercises and Herman creates a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment to get you started. The class was also diverse with some people looking to fine-tune their already acquired public speaking skills, and some people starting from square one.

The tools that Herman gave me not only helped me calm down when I needed to speak, but helped me understand WHY I get so nervous. His approach was not surface level at all, which makes me feel that the skills will carry into the longterm. He was excellent at individualizing his feedback for each person in the class. Truly transformative.
