If you already have a recording of a speech, presentation, pitch, meeting, or online talk, Herman can review the video before your private coaching session. This allows him to come prepared with specific observations and practical feedback, so the session can focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference.
The recording can be used as a starting point for the coaching. Herman may look at your voice, pacing, pauses, gestures, facial expression, posture, structure, storytelling, clarity, audience connection, and overall presence. The goal is not to criticize every detail, but to help you understand how you come across and what adjustments will help you speak with more confidence and impact.
This can be especially useful if you recently gave a presentation and want to improve for the next one, or if you have a recording from a rehearsal, meeting, pitch, panel, wedding speech, or speaking engagement. Video analysis is offered as part of a private coaching session and can be combined with regular public speaking coaching.
You do not need to bring a recording to work with Herman. If you prefer, the session can also be fully spontaneous, with no preparation needed, or focused on an upcoming presentation, speech, pitch, or interview.

Herman (July 4, 1982) graduated from the Utrecht School of Performing Arts in the Netherlands with a Bachelor’s degree in Acting. After graduating, he worked in film, television, theater, and radio before specializing in public speaking coaching. He holds a U.S. Master’s degree equivalency in Communications.
